FAQs

If yours isn't here, send it over — we'd rather answer it now than have it become a surprise later.

General

4 questions

We design and build custom software — web platforms, mobile apps, AI tools — and handle the design, branding, and media around them. Most clients come to us with a business problem rather than a technical spec, and we work out the solution together.

Three founders, all hands-on. We deliberately haven't grown faster than we can maintain quality. If a project needs specialist skills beyond us, we tell you and bring in a trusted specialist rather than pretending we cover everything.

We're in Pakistan and work with clients worldwide. Our hours overlap daily with the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and US mornings. Everything is documented in writing, so nothing depends on catching someone live.

Fair question. Three answers: we work in short cycles so you see real output within two weeks; you own the code from day one, so you're never trapped; and the concept projects in our portfolio are real systems with real architecture you're welcome to pick apart.

Process

4 questions

A marketing website: 3–5 weeks. A web application MVP: 8–14 weeks. A mobile app: 10–16 weeks. Every project gets a specific timeline in writing before it starts.

An idea of the problem, roughly who the users are, and someone on your side who can make decisions. Not a specification — writing that with you is part of the discovery stage.

A written update every week and a working demo every two. Plus direct access on WhatsApp, Slack, or email for anything in between.

Expected — it always happens. Small changes get absorbed. Anything that moves the scope, we price and schedule before building, so it never appears as a surprise on an invoice.

Pricing

3 questions

Mostly fixed price on a written scope, so you know the number up front. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer. Hourly only for open-ended consulting.

It depends entirely on scope, and anyone who quotes before understanding yours is guessing. After a 30-minute call we can give you a realistic range, free.

No. Payment is milestone-based — typically a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed deliverables.

Technical

4 questions

You do. Entirely. Source code, design files, infrastructure, and accounts are yours from day one and handed over in a form any other team can pick up.

Mainly TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, and Python for AI work. We choose per project, and we'll explain why — never “because it's what we know”.

Yes. We regularly take over existing systems. We start with an audit so you get an honest assessment of what's there before anyone commits to a plan.

That's normal. Most clients come with a problem, not screens. Design is part of what we do.

After launch

2 questions

A handover session, documentation, and 30 days of included bug fixes. After that, a support plan if you want one — or a clean exit if you'd rather run it yourself.

Yes — monitoring, updates, security patches, and improvements on a monthly plan sized to the system.

Ask it directly. We'll answer honestly, even when the honest answer is that we're not the right team for the job.
