Who we are

Suvan is a software development and design studio based in Pakistan, working with clients internationally. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

If you have any question about this policy, email us at info@suvantech.net.

What information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus a minimal amount of technical information needed to operate the site.

  • Information you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
  • Information you send us directly by email or WhatsApp.
  • Anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, approximate country, referring site, and device type. This is aggregated and cannot identify you.
  • Standard server logs held by our hosting provider, which may include IP addresses, kept for security and diagnostics only.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss the work, and — if we go on to work together — to deliver the project. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and thereafter our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and performing a contract.

We use anonymous usage statistics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest; the data cannot identify you.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers required to operate this site. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

  • Google LLC — contact form submissions are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets.
  • [HOSTING PROVIDER] — hosts this website and holds standard server logs.
  • [ANALYTICS PROVIDER] — provides anonymous, cookieless usage statistics.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted.

If we go on to work together, project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, typically seven years.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and no third-party marketing scripts. We do not build a profile of you across sites.

Because we use only essential technology and cookieless analytics, no consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of your information.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email info@suvantech.net. We'll respond within 30 days and we won't charge you for it.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may store data in the United States or the European Union. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect your information

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the three founders, protected by two-factor authentication. We keep the number of systems holding your data deliberately small.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The current version is always published here, with the date it took effect. This version is effective from 31 July 2026.
