The challenge
Restaurants lose 15–30% of order value to delivery platforms. Taking orders directly only works if the ordering flow is faster than the app the customer already has installed.

How we approached it
The ordering flow is three screens with no account required — an account is offered after the order, never before it. Menu content lives in a CMS the restaurant edits from a phone.
